Captain Jonathan Arahan – (Season 1 – 4) A male human, reckless and a womanizer. He's got a girlfriend on every planet, an estranged wife and daughter he never sees, and he's the only captain that was court martialed less than six months after getting his first command. His most recent assignments include commanding a cargo ship (Series 2) and serving in the daredevil flight squadron Red Wing. He is a 39-year-old man, short brown hair, brown eyes, Caucasian.
Commander Gellik – (Season 1 – 7) A Vahrain first officer, very concerned with duty, and he wears a Vahrain uniform rather than the Alliance uniform, despite their status as allies. Though he does respect their status as allies, he is attempting to walk the fine line between maintaining his people’s individual identity and accepting their new identity as part of a larger whole. He is 37, male, with the typical gray skin and white hair of the Vahrain race.
Lieutenant Commander Tony Ringtail – (Season 1 – 7) The chief engineer of the ship, a male raccoon. Tony is good-natured, and knows the details of the ship inside and out, even with it's less than advanced technology. He oversees the Engineering department and keeps a close eye on his cousin Patch. He is 34 with yellow eyes, no human style head fur.
Doctor Lisa Corelli – (Season 1 – 7) Formerly an Axis officer, she was assigned against Captain Arahan's express request. Her former occupation was developing bio weapons for the Axis, however, the schism between the two organizations ended before any of them were deployed. She is a lion/raccoon hybrid. She is 31, with a picture available in the art section.
Lieutenant Tori Masters – (Season 1 – 7) An Esper/anthro arctic fox hybrid, he is the counselor on the ship. He posesses most of the standard Esper abilities, including telepathy, empathy, and telekinesis. He has limited experience with a Varish energy blade, and is very skilled at what he does. He is in effect an anthro arctic fox, but with more human features than usual, due to his mixed heritage. He has crystal blue eyes, and light brown/blond hair.
Ensign Sabrina Schlie – (Season 1-7) She is the pilot of the ship, an Esper. She hides her Esper status because she is one of the rare Espers that has the ability of precognition. Espers that are found to have this ability, one in a million or more, are often conscripted into special units for their ability to see the future. Precognitive power usually requires so much psychic energy that having this ability forsakes all others usually held by Espers. She is 24 with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is shorter than most of the rest of the crew.
Lieutenant Commander Kesra Sailey – (Season 1-7) A wereskunk, she is the head of security on the Allixis. She is familiar with most forms of munitions. She has long black hair in both her forms. In her human form she is Caucasian, with dark eyes. As typical for the were species, she has the ears and tail of a skunk in human form. She usually alternates between anthro digitigrade skunk and human form equally.

Ensign Patch Ringtail – (Season 1.16 – Season 5.6) Patch is Tony's cousin, a young and idealistic girl of a raccoon. Tony often feels very protective of her, because she's gotten herself into trouble more than once by accident. She is young, only 21, usually wearing a work uniform rather than a standard duty uniform. She has short amber hair, with hazel eyes.
Admiral Hayden Kossa – A human Admiral in the Alliance, age 56. He is Irish, with blonde hair and dark eyes. He has an extreme dislike for Captain Arahan, and deliberately assigned him a less than stellar vessel in the hopes that he would fail in his mission. He is often on Earth, though he does have missions where he shifts his operations to his ship.
Lieutenant Nell Chanlen – A hologram created to answer the question ‘can a hologram pass for a real person’, she was given her right to exist and assigned to the ASV Allixis after serving at Keristal Prison for a number of years. After her hearing, it was decided it was too close to playing god to develop holograms like her, and she is therefore the only one of her kind. She resembles an Asian woman of 26, dark hair and dark eyes, 5’5”.
Crewman Soli Karrel – She is an enlisted engineer, signing up after her release from Keristal Prison due to her mistakes as a youth. She is a cat/rabbit hybrid, having characteristics of each species. She has short white hair to her shoulders, with periodic strands of blonde. She has green eyes, and is 27.
Nurse Sirken – A male nurse serving in the Alliance, he is an enlisted crewman. He has amber hair and hazel eyes, and has loyally served the medical profession for years. New to serving on such a small ship, he is getting used to working more directly with the crew.
Lieutenant Dylan Capasso – An anthro Arabian horse, he is of chestnut color with a black mane. He serves as the science officer on the Allixis. This is his third assignment since graduating from the academy.
Karen Arahan – John’s estranged wife, she has short brown hair, dark eyes, and is 5 feet even. She and her husband had a very strained relationship up to the point where she came aboard in “Reconciliation”, season 1, episode 9. They have one daughter, Leslie Arahan.
