“Orpheus, Part 1“ – (Davis and Lucy go to see a gun runner about one of their usual jobs, and are surprised to find they have been replaced. / The gun runner offers a contest for the job, and whoever gets the guns to Hartree first with the minimum amount of Alliance attention wins the job. As Lucy pilots the ship out of the atmosphere, the Orpheus pushes past them and stalls their engines. Mallory races to repair it, but they have a head start. Billie boasts over Oris’s dirty trick to Captain Clark, but he reminds her it isn’t going to be easy. Auron asks Sayenne why it’s so important to her to get Mallory to relearn her powers, and reminds her that a Varish is not their powers, it’s what they are. Davis, Mallory, and Riley examine the trouble spots in their route, and determine how they can catch up. They also consider that Louis has a penchant for dirty tricks. Sayenne comes to see Mallory in the engine room and gives some ground, asking for her help in rebuilding the Varish for what they stood for. Davis and Captain Clark have a brief conversation before pursuing them into an asteroid field. The Orpheus fires at an asteroid, sending debris flying at the Whisper.) (14)

“Orpheus, Part 2“ – (Lucy dodges the asteroids and they follow them through a large asteroids tunnel only to find the Orpheus ahead of them. / Mallory tells the others so far he’s used their own ship against them, now it’s time to do the same back. She tells them how. Billie tells Casey she knows they’ll win, and Casey promises more power to the engines. In a divided scene, Davis tells Lucy what this race means to him as Louis tells Billie what it means to him. Lucy uses the Orpheus’s sensor blindness in a nebula to get ahead of them, and they ignite the nebula, though it does not destroy the Orpheus. Sayenne offers Mallory help in the engine room, and the two women bond a little more. Riley tells Auron they would’ve been better off with guns on the ship, but Auron argues that the only weapons they need are their wits. Davis and Captain Clark are almost neck and neck when the Orpheus tries to overtake them, but blows their engines. Davis delivers his cargo first, and the gun runner offers them the regular job when it’s available. Lucy bets they’ll see them again.) (15)

“Cold War“ – (An ensign turns in a report that the released Homesteaders have been seen scouting planets in a distant star system. Commander Paulson thanks the ensign and orders his ship ready. / Paquin thanks Davis for the favor, and even though he learns Riley paid their bail he is distrustful of the tiger. Lucy and Sayenne scout the first planet in the shuttle, and Lucy asks if Auron were to leave the ship if she would go with him. Commander Paulson asks to meet with Davis, and then tells him how he thinks the Homesteaders are a potential axis in the making. Paquin talks to Auron and Sayenne about how he doesn’t like Paulson’s arrival while they’re scouting for planets, and Sayenne assures him Riley won’t betray them a second time. Riley and Mallory take the shuttle to pick up some supplies related to the wormhole research and return to the ship. Commander Paulson conducts a search of the ship upon their return, but he finds nothing. He warns Paquin and Auron he’ll be watching them both. Lucy asks what is in the box, and Auron opens up the false bottom to pull out a data chip of wormhole equations.) (16)

“Silent Calling, Part 1“ – (Mallory and Riley are in the engine room when there is a malfunction forcing them to land on Artemis 116. They split up into three teams and begin exploring the empty facility. Lauren’s ghost sees them. / Sayenne and Lucy pull out parts they could use, and Sayenne thinks she hears something. They are almost killed by the ghost of Scarlet Nichols. The two girls try to tell Davis and Auron what they saw, but the guys don’t believe them. Mallory and Riley find a large door that appears to be sealed by a powerful energy, and they are surprised by the sudden appearance of the ghost of Director Jack Sutherland, and the release of a dangerous life form of energy. Lauren’s ghost asks Lucy for help, while elsewhere Auron finds Father Richards’s journals, and his ghost tells him what happened. Sayenne finds her way to the observatory, where Lauren’s body lies perfectly preserved. She is attacked by the life form, and finds that doors do not stop them. Though she does locate the bodies of many of the colonies inhabitants.) (17)

“Silent Calling, Part 2“ – (Lucy hears Sayenne’s calling out, and vents the fog out of the air, causing the life form to fade. / Davis asks Sayenne and Mallory if these things were shadows, and they deny it. Auron concurs. Mallory and Riley work to pull out the parts they need to fix the ship, and Riley talks about how he never believed in ‘spooks’ until now. Lucy and Sayenne ask Lauren’s ghost how to fix her and stop that life form, and she tells them what she knows. Davis and Auron go to the command center to try and clear the fog from the whole station, but the environmental controls are down. They are approached by Father Richards, who tells them Scarlet Nichols sabotaged the environmental systems. Sayenne and Lucy pick up Lauren’s body as she uses her powers to restore her, and they rush to meet Mallory and Riley back on the ship. Davis and Auron set the station to overload as they run aboard and the ship takes off, destroying the outpost. The life form remains on the planet, still alive.) (18)

“Patchwork“ – (Davis asks Riley to tell him about any other enemies that might be looking for him. Sayenne asks Lauren to tell her about the research, but she is very quixotic while being patched up. Riley comes face to face with his wife, who punches him in the face. / Davis applies an ice pack while Riley tries to reconcile things with Susanna. Sayenne and Auron talk about Lauren while she touches almost every tool in his Sickbay. They mention her change in personality must be a side effect of being disembodied. Riley talks to Susanna in the bar, and she blatantly refuses his request to come with him. She tells him what she’s heard of him and his brother. Lauren takes one of Mallory’s tools and hides in the galley. When Mallory, Lucy, Sayenne, and Auron try to head her off, she throws Mallory across the cargo bay and becomes aristocratic and powerful. Susanna tells Riley that his brother needs his help again, and she doesn’t want to see him again. She throws a drink in his face. Riley warns Davis against ever getting married. Sayenne talks to Auron and Lucy about Lauren and her unstable personality.)

(19) (Lauren is a guest star for the last three eps of this season.)

“Allies“ – (Jonathan Ackerman provides SO Warren Avery with information on Riley’s location, and his crime is explained. / Malcolm tells his older brother about how he ended up losing the cargo he was transporting for Jonathan Ackerman and Riley tells Davis and Lucy about the situation. Auron finds Lauren rewriting some of his medical manuals to be ‘correct’, and stops her. He talks to her for a while about healing. SO Warren Avery and SO Loren Perez stop at their last location and ask about Riley, confirming he is on the Whisper crew. Caleb asks Jonathan Ackerman why they didn’t just do it themselves, and he tells him they will take care of it for them. Sayenne puts Lauren in her cabin and while she sleeps tries to understand their research a bit further. Lauren talks in her sleep and Sayenne writes down what she says. SO Warren Avery and SO Loren Perez try to capture and disable them, but the crew is able to evade their capture and lose them. Malcolm thanks his brother, but Riley slaps him and warns him that next time he might not be there to save him. Lucy warns Davis there’s a warrant out for the ship’s arrest.)

“In The Air Tonight“ – (Mallory works in the engine room watching Lauren while she works. Lauren pulls out the chip from its hiding spot. / Mallory leaves Davis alone as he decodes the chip and reads the information in the first entry. He then orders Lucy to change course. Lauren sits on the stairs to the cargo bay with Sayenne’s energy blade, and Sayenne pulls it away from her. Mallory warns Sayenne she might end up hurting herself soon. Davis asks Sarah McKane if his father was a gunrunner, and she denies it reassuring him he was a scientist. Auron and Sayenne check Lauren out, and she grabs Auron’s arm as he scans her. Sayenne gets his hand free. Davis asks Lucy what she knows of her father, and Lauren asks about times ‘dad was away’. Davis investigates. Sayenne tells Mallory she cannot get anything from Lauren’s mind. Davis gets the truth from his mother when he challenges her again, and during ‘In The Air Tonight’ he walks past every crew member and locks the door as he tells Lucy ‘It’s about our father.’) (21)
